LOL! I especially like Mark Hamil's version of Joker, the one he voiced in Bruce Timm's DCAU, from Batman The Animated Series all the way through Justice League Unlimited. That was a Joker I could laugh at, one of those takes on Joker where yeah, he's a really sick puppy, but we can't help but laugh nonetheless. All my favorite BTAS Episodes have Joker leading the way, the top one being Christmas With The Joker, he actually stole the show that time. All that trouble Joker must have gone to up to that moment at the end, just to pie Batman in the face? I couldn't stop laughing like the Joker until I busted a gut.
the antagonist is always the one who makes a story ten times greater, one of my favorites at which I`m thinking right now is Dr. Doofenshmirtz (had to google to know how is writed ^.^). we always tend to like the characters in which we find a little ourself, even through we want the main character to win, we like a story when the antagonist is also very well draw so that we can find our own problems in them, so that with their lose, we see the win over our every day problems. for that a good example is tom from tom and jerry, Dr. Doofenshmirtz from phineas and ferb, ice kind from adventure time and so on, all great shows but with very big help from their antagonist
