>I'm not seeking attention, as many people think. Through these quotes I just want to make people laugh and think more about their life, more about things they can change and I want that the time they're wasting on the world wide web to be more WELL spend than a total and utter waste.
Why not post these in your journal if these are created to spread laughter rather than gain attention, as you stated in some of your comments? That way, smiles are still spread, because your watchers/fans will still see your work.
This isn't meant to be a snarky comment, but a sincere question.
Hmm, all I know is that I was taught that using any sort of quote or information without properly citing where you got it from is considered plagiarism! If you use quotes in an essay without crediting, then it's DEFINITELY plagiarism, but for things like this I'm not sure D:
Regardless, even if it's not exact plagiarism, I still think credit should be given ^^
Yeah. That's what i'm trying to say. Most quotes on internet are not accurate. For this, i'm not sure if the source have to be mentioned. The artist put this as a typography art not claiming the words are belong to him. So he didn't get any credit other than the format of typography he used.
Haters will hate, but this has made my day a bit more enjoyable to deal with. It's awesome attitude you got there. Some people just snap when they meet their haters. Either you are a bigger man or a bigger troll who enjoy seeing people snaps. Thanks for making this piece. It bring smile to me.
I read here some of the negative comments here.. I just want to say that you should not pay attention to them- I love your art and it makes me smile when Im sad and I want you to keep uploading quotes. After all, there is reason why +700 people faved that and you are on the front page
This is an amazing quote,I almost forgot this one xD
I'm a little tired of how many people comment on these saying they shouldn't be on deviantart. The fact that they even acknowledge it if they don't like it is just dumb. They should just ignore it if it makes them mad. But no,they have to make a never ending war.
People have a right to express their disgust with the recent front page submissions. This person probably took thirty seconds at most to copy and paste the name of Mayday Parade's song and put it on a black background. And somehow it hogs a slot on the front page where some other talent could be showcased. Meanwhile, many innovations and masterpieces that take hours/days to complete are rejected.
As members of a community we have a right to express our opinions. If people weren't allowed to express their opinions, good or bad, nothing would ever change.
